
When Gabe and I find a food or recipe we like that is as healthful as it is tasty, we can get carried away with how often we make it. Bonus points if our amateur culinary skills can produce said food or recipe like a pro. This summer I predict our diet will consist of daily fruit smoothies from natural yogurt and frozen blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, peaches, and bananas, fresh pesto to mix with pasta and on breads, edamame for an afternoon snack, and homemade whole wheat pizza with fresh veggies and more pesto. If only we had a porch to sit on and enjoy these delicious foods...
